We took the kids to the zoo! They absolutely loved it!
So excited...getting ready to go into the zoo for their 1st time!
At the entrance to the zoo there were lots of turtles in the water! We were distracted for awhile there....
bored polar bear....he just swam in circles
looking at the elephants...
Grandpa and Grandma decided to join us...
Petting the fake turtle...they wouldn't let us get this close to the real ones..but the real ones were this big!

So much to tell Grandma....on our train ride around the zoo!
Andrew really liked the penguins....Isaac liked the sea lions, since we got to see the demonstration...Alexia liked the giraffe...and my favorite was the chimpanzees...I could have stayed there all day watching them play...of course maybe that's because it was nice and cool inside and not all gross and humid...haha...I also thought the penguins were pretty cute...

have you ever taken them to the zoo before? they looked like they were having a great time!
so growing up, there was a park down the street that had the same lion drinking fountain! it brought back some memories seeing that pic!
